Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I used to be an investment advisor for high-net-worth-individuals so I am fully aware of what I have been investing, including and not limited to L&I funds. The leverage built into such investments have its colorful side when you're betting on the right direction, and of course the flip of the coin is just the contrary when the trend is not your friend. I almost invest daily so turning on my platform is a daily ritual and of course the bets are placed when the guesstimate is right with a minimum 65/35 risk reward ratio. Only part of my investments is in the L&I funds so don't think brokerage firms are in a better position to assess my risks as my asset allocation strategies proved to be so far so good. With sound asset allocations, I fully understand my risks involved in the L&I funds, hence I am fully aware and confident to master what has and has not been achieved, in the past and in the future.
