Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear Commissioner, I wish to comment regarding the pending proposed rule that would limit the access of leveraged and inverse funds to independent investors like me who are aware the risks and benefits of funds like these and are capable and routinely monitor my own investments. Please consider not going forward with this or any other proposal that would limit my access to these funds as a private investor. Thanks for your fair consideration!
