Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

The rule is quite ludicrous, I check my leveraged investments SDOW and SPXS every day I know the risk I got myself into especially this market. Maybe instead of focusing on this dumb rule you should monitor the suspicious activity with the s&p 500.
