Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: There is no other way for an average investor to hedge their investments in Long term investments. If you take the freedom for investors to invest how they want to invest. You will be restricting investors to only invest in government approved securities. As with all things government this will become political and the ability to invest in what the government deems politically incorrect will be extremely curtailed.
