Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern: I am a current shareholder of the Direxion Daily Financial Bear ETF for the last 6 years and I'm providing my comments as I would like to continue to trade these leveraged funds from Direxion. My experience as an investor spans 18 years in a mixture of stocks, gold and bongs. My investment in these leveraged ETFs supports my investment strategy to maximize portfolio growth addition to stable and low-yield investments. I'm fully aware of the risks associated with these funds including but not limited to the potential of losing my entire investment as well as how quickly my investment value can rise or fall. I have been holding Direxion Daily Financial Bear ETF worth about USD 110,000 in the last 6 years and have been closely monitoring and adjusting it on a daily if not weekly basis. My brokerage firm (Robinhood and TD Ameritrade) has made me aware that the SEC is looking at restricting the ability to trade these funds and I would like you to know that I have assessed all the necessary prospectus, documentation to assess the risk to my investment and decided to continue investing in these funds. As such, I'd like to for the commission to consider my current investment and the length with which I have been trading and holding them to allow me to continue to trade these leveraged funds.
