Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I fully understand the risks I’m taking with all the stocks I invest in. Both if it comes to a total loss or happens to be a win. I would not have invested in a stock with out the understanding that the stock might go belly up. And I am continuously monitoring what my stocks are doing both open hours and after hours.
