Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: L&I funds should be left alone. In my short time experience, I've learned to actually read the prospectus. Although in the initial phase I lost, over time I've learned how to use the L&I to my position growth. Don't eliminate or limit this great stock equity growth of my account due to people's lack of willingness to understand what it takes to be profitable.
