Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

I strongly oppose the regulations. Investing in AI and HFT has a worse impact on the market than leveraged ETFs. If you're worried about ordinary investors, there are other things to do first. Please don't take away the options of ordinary investors.
