Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I disagree with the SEC's leverage regulations. I live in Japan and have a long term investment in the United States. Leverage ETFs are a very attractive option. Leverage ETFs will consider purchasing first. We believe that regulation or abolition will reduce the attractiveness of investing in the US market. Investing is at your own risk. We ask the SEC to reconsider.
