Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Any such regulation changes need to be considered at normal times and not when the market is way down. Since any money lost in such securities will be recovered as soon as the market comes up within an year or so, not allowing at this juncture will be much bigger loss to the investors and traders. Please consider that such changes are considered after the market returns to previous levels.
