Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To Whom it May Concern: I am outraged by the above referenced proposed SEC rule. This is yet another unprecedented example of the government overstepping into the freedoms of individuals. I am a graduate school educated individual who has enough industry knowledge to make decisions on my own investments. I have held TQQQ long term with a significant gain, including holding shares through the financial crisis of 2008. The paperwork I provided my brokerage firm when I opened my accounts is more than enough. I do not require the SEC to hold my hand on my trading decisions. Regards, Ben Kudler
