Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leverages and inverse funds are important to me. I'm capable of understanding them and their performance characteristics. I believe that free public markets should be preserved. Government imposed limitations that limit investors choice are bad. Regards, Edward Yersh
