Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am against this proposed rule. If you want to give people a chance to profit from securities during inflationary periods you need to also give people a chance to profit from securities during deflationary periods. Stop trying to rig the system in favor of the bulls to the detriment of the bears. Regards, Ian Marchbank
