Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not pass this law. Investors like me, people who are having to rebuild their lives due to divorce and/or layoffs rely on these types of stocks and stock market services to have the remotest chance of any type of retirement. Yes, the funds are risky, and we invest in them understanding that. Please do not pass this law. I understand that regulations need to be and acted, but it's not fair to hamper those of us who are not risk-averse. Regards, Joel Good
