Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, in regard to this proposal, please reconsider. I use these products to reduce the risk of my portfolio. I feel that it's safer and more effective to have a small portion of my portfolio in these types of investments to offset some the risk and volatility of "standard" investments. Without these types of products, my portfolio would be riskier, not safer! The other ways to accomplish these results (such as trading options or futures) are riskier still. Regards, David Evans
