Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Enter your comments here. You are proposing to take away one of the basic tenants of investing:Hedging. Today's stock and bond risk is unprecedented and investors need protection. I use these funds in prudent amounts to manage client risk and do not appreciate the government telling me as a 50 year veteran of that you know what is best for my clients. Regards, John Burke
