Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

1. Leveraged/Inverse funds are important for my portfolio
2. Most adults know how to spend/invest their own money. Give plenty of warnings if you want, but you should not STOP anyone from buying these funds. What next? No wine or beer because it's bad for me? It's time to stop being a nanny state and let adults decide what they want to do with their money.
3. This is free market! Isn't it? Why should government get into banning investments? Next you'll say, don't buy Netflix because it's too high?

Enough of bans and prohibitions. Please give us a clear warning and then let us do what we want. SEC should spend time in preventing fraud and other nefarious practices (dark pools, order front running) to protect investors and not ban legitimate investment products.

Should I call my senator? Congressman? Please let me know!

Prashant
