Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have more than 10 years experience in utilizing leveraged funds to enhance and protect the performance of my investment portfolio. Such funds are an important element of my personal investment strategy. I am fully aware of the risks and rewards associated with utilizing leveraged funds and do not believe additional oversight or protections are necessary.
