Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am opposed to this proposal. I do not wish to lose my ability to trade the 2X, 3X or short funds that are available to me now. I believe that this proposal is bad for me and other investors as it would interfere with the free markets and limit choice. Regards, Charles Earle
