Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am strongly against Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. Leveraged fund have been a good investment for me. I do not need a third party analyzing my capability to purchase them. I want the freedom to by public securities with the least amount of governemnt red tape as possible. Regards, Albert Mancini
