Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I’m a small individual investor and short selling is an important part of my investment and retirement planning strategy. I do not participate in the futures marketS therefore inverse equities are my hedging vehicle. Please do not restrict these. Leverage is less important however still something I use.
