Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for several years and would like for this option to remain available for me in the future. It is true these funds can lose value quicker than other funds, but they can also increase in value more quickly than other funds and I want to have that option available to me. I understand investing in these funds is riskier than many other funds, but since I understand the risk I should have the option to make that decision. I see no reason for more regulations or stricter regulations on these funds than we currently have. Regards, Stuart Wooden
