Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Enter your comments here. I started investing in the market and studying the market in 1966. I have had great success and understand the market very well. I use leveraged funds both long and short as a hedge against the balance of my portfolio. It has worked well over the last 20 years. I don’t believe that you should change anything that has worked so well for the last 90 years in the stock market. I think it’s important that you leave this a free and open market without additional regulations. Leveraged funds are a very small part of my portfolio. I am estimating less than 2%. It is just used as a hedge and not abused. As an 81 year old retired American citizen, I appreciate your attention to my thoughts and request that you change nothing. Robert McConnell
