Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been investing for nearly five years in leveraged funds. They have helped me in the long term to gain confidence in markets' fundamental strength as well as enhancing returns. Though not an economics expert, I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics . It is insulting and unfair to have a third party evaluating my capability to do so. It is against free market principles to suggest that such a party might prevent me from buying them. Such government-imposed limitations on investor choice are totally inappropriate. Regards, Tamar Frankiel
