Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I currently have a significant portion of my retirement fund in UVXY. The proposed regulations will make the price of this investment and my retirement drop precipitously. As I am nearing retirement, this would be ruinous for myself and my family, and I strongly urge you to reconsider. The proposed regulations offer no compensation for losses and would be a clear case of government encroachment. I ask that you make crystal clear the proposed plan because as it stands now it is so vague that planning from a financial perspective is impossible. I strongly believe this is government encroachment and will sue with others for government takings if this is enacted. Regards, John Yu
