Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I am a small retail investor personally managing my IRA account. I currently use leveraged and inverse funds to help me manage risk in my account. I will often use the inverse funds to insure large gains in individual or index funds to mitigate risk associated with remaining in a particular stock position. The ease of trading and the liquidity of leveraged & inverse funds is exactly what I need to add some safety to my self managed account. I don't know how to use the futures or options markets well enough to achieve the same effect so these funds make that same purpose accesable. Please do not remove my availability to these products. Smart small retail investors can and do use these tools!
