Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Being able to have hedges in my portfolio by having inverse funds is vital to reducing individual risk. I am down overall the last week with the stock market crash, but losses would have been significantly worse without my OILD hedge. Regards, Elliot Glaysher
