Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. I am capable of understanding leveraged funds and their performance characteristics and don't need a third party to evaluate and prevent me from buying them. I want to preserve the long standing free public markets where I have the freedom to buy public securities. Regards, John Windle
