Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and allow me to seek enhanced returns and help protect my portfolio. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so. Keep the government out of my decision process and portfolio management.
