Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: is this NOT the United States of America??? Why are we proposing to become: Land of the Free (for some), Home of the REGULATED!?!? These economic limitations are always biased towards (benefit) all the largest Wall St/Chicago firms (the one's that lobby your entire organization's members) & create unreasonable restrictions to our values & burdens upon us...We The People's VALUES -- hampering our opportunities to PROSPER.
