Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

Leveraged and inverse funds level the playing field for the retail investor. Limiting the use of these products or restricting access to them is a disservice to a large number of investors. There are plenty of warnings and notices to how these products can behave. Keep these products available to everyone.
