Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, Leverage and reverse funds are important to me, and they allow me to seek better returns and help me protect my portfolio. I am able to understand the leverage and reverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I don't want a third party to assess my ability to do so and potentially prevent me from buying them. I want to preserve long-standing free markets where investors and their advisers have the freedom to buy government securities without additional government restrictions on investor choice.
