Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am an owner of leveraged short positions BECAUSE in my professional life I depend on the strength of construction and financial markets. Short positions allow me to buy "downturn insurance" which I depend on for safety of future income. Regards, Michael Thomason
