Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This is a bad proposal. It is bad for all investors and for me as well. This is a dangerous and unnecessary idea/proposal to deprive the investors the freedom to make their own investment decisions. Who is SEC to decide how the investors should invest their money.
