Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am against limiting leveraged and inverse funds for investors through possible burdensome qualifications. Investors are well aware of what these funds represent, and how they perform. These funds help balance and protect our portfolios, as well as give increased choices as to how we approach the market.
