Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not ban leveraged funds. These instruments are a simpler version to use than stock options. By definition, these funds have 2-3x the volatility of their underlying index. The funds warn of decay and I simply consider that as part of the deal for not having to do the options myself.
