Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It’s my right to make my own investment decisions with my own judgements without government’s intervention. I’m capable of understanding the characteristics of the leveraged funds and I do NOT want a 3rd party to be engaged in making the investment decision for me. Regards, Ann Yu
