Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse fund are important to me as they allow me to seek enhanced returns with a smaller investment. I understand this type of funds and I do not want a third-party deciding whether I should be able to invest in this type of fund. I am in my 70's and want to continue this type of investment for the next five years to enhance my life in my 80's & 90's. Regards, Allan Spenks
