Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I'd want to comment on the SEC proposal that would prevent or make it burdensome for an investor like me to buy leveraged and inverse funds. First of all, I value leveraged and inverse funds and I'd want to keep my current way to access to these funds. This type of funds is important to me, and they allow me to seek enhanced returns and help me protect my portfolio. I am fully capable of understand this type of funds and their performance characteristics, and I don’t want a third party evaluating my capacity in that sense and even preventing me to buy them. I want to preserve the long standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government imposed limitations on investor choice.
