Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

As an individual who has been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for many years, I find it very disturbing that the SEC is considering making it more difficult and even impossible for many investors to purchase these funds in the future. America does not need more government regulations which supposedly protect the public from making bad investment choices. Current rules require funds to provide interested investors with sufficient information to allow potential investors to make fully informed decisions before investing in a specific fund. Please don’t continue to travel down the path that we need the government to establish more regulations which protect individuals from their own ignorance or their own choice not to perform due diligence before making their investment decisions. Please continue to allow investors to invest in these funds without meeting minimum income or net worth requirements and without having to jump through additional red tape.
