Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear SEC,
It is my stance that the SEC has not shown there is a problem with respect to the purchase of leveraged and inverse market funds.
I periodically invest in leveraged and inverse funds whose returns help my overall investment portfolio.
Are the financial markets not free public markets whereby I should be able to make my own investment decisions and have the freedom to make my own investments without burdensome government restrictions and limitations. It seems to be the government is becoming more socialist in nature all the time. I do not need the government overseeing my ability to understand and invest in leveraged and inverse funds and prohibiting me from investing in them.
Why is there a proposal to abandon the enduring policy to allow me the freedom to make my own investment decisions?
Thank you for your consideration of my thoughts on this unprecedented proposal of the SEC.

Regards,
Herman Mason
