Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I depend on leveraged funds to meet my financial goals. The proposed "qualification" to be able to invest in them is unnecessary. These funds are, by definition, diversified, and the perceived risk is mitigated by following the underlying equities. Regards, George Medford
