Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern: I have recently become aware of a proposal to limit or restrict the ability of investors to utilize leveraged and inverse funds. I have been using these funds for years to enhance portfolio returns. I believe that no changes are necessary to the existing regulations concerning these investment products.
