Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern, I'm disappointed to be notified regarding changes to my ability to invest in Leveraged & Inverse funds. I self-administer my investments and do not want to prove my ability to evaluate my investments. I have found these alternate investments in Leveraged & Inverse funds to provide greater than market returns. Regards, Cliff Raak
