Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are an integral part of my investment strategy. I am completely capable of making these investment decisions and firmly believe that it is my right to do so (and to also make mistakes). I also firmly believe in my right as an investor in the US, to invest freely in public securities equally alongside fellow Americans, without that right being limited by government intervention or regulation.
