Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Enter your comments here. I want to state my OPPOSITION to the proposed regulations concerning leveraged and inverse funds. The regulations would be at odds with our long-standing system that gives investors and their advisors the freedom to make their own investment decisions by overly burdening the qualification process for investors like me. Moreover, there has been no showing that there is a problem that needs to be fixed. Regards, SAMUEL PERRONI
