Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear Sirs, Please do not pass this legislation. These funds are important in helping to protect my portfolio thru hedging without using individual options which can be both expensive and time consuming. Many brokerages already make it difficult to purchase these securities without adding the overly burdensome qualification processes. Regards, Allan Pinkelman
