Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I would like to speak against the effort of some to forbid investors such as myself from using leveraged and inverse funds such as are provided by ProShares. There are many investors like myself who do not need regulators stepping in to tell us about these legitimate and help investing vehicles. I know exactly what they do and how they manifest returns. There is ample information on the internet that explains how they work and the risks involved. Hindering me and others from investing in such financial instruments keeps us from realizing greater potential returns and downside protection in adverse markets. It would be just another blow to keep the retail investor from being able to earn better returns. Your kind consideration of my serious concerns would be great appreciated. Regards, Don Robertson
