Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Pro shares funds makes portfolio protection readily available to the average investor and allows trading for protection if the market should sell off. Also the funds can give an investor gains on an upward move in the market. I do not need any further government imposed regulations on my investment decisions. Nor do I need other people involved than my broker and myself. Regards, Calvin Fields
