Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. They offer me the opportunity for enhanced returns or protection. I am capable of understanding them and their performance characteristics. I don't want a third party evaluating my ability to understand them or possibly preventing me from buying them. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on my choices as an investor.
